      Connecting your Social accounts to CARMA

      Connect your Social account to CARMA to monitor your brand's owned and earned social media mentions.

      To connect your account:

      Go to Preferences > General Settings > Social and then follow the steps in this short video:

       

      If you are connecting a Facebook or Instagram account then first check that:

      1. Your Facebook page is a Facebook Business page and you're an Admin or Editor
      2. Your brand's Instagram account is a Creator or Business account
      3. Your Facebook and Instagram accounts are linked
