Get to CARMAʼs Help Centre from anywhere in the platform to find documentation, video tutorials, and answers organised by topic.

In this tutorial, we’ll guide you through the process of accessing the CARMA Help Centre through the Insight platform.

Open the Help Centre
1. Select the question mark icon on the left-hand side of the screen.
This takes you to CARMAʼs Help Centre.

 

  

Browse by section
1. From the Help Centre, find supporting documentation grouped by
section.
2. Select a section to open a new page with help on different areas of
that section

   

Search for a topic
If youʼre not sure which section you need, use the search bar at the
top of the page to search for the area you need.

   

Get Started resources
For general support, use the Get Started section. Here youʼll find
overviews of the platform — including Noor, Newsletters and Alerts —
plus a collection of video tutorials, including videos on dashboards and
CARMA Social.
