How to add, edit and remove tags

You can add or remove tags directly from an article, or manage tags across multiple articles at once.

Add tags to an article

1. Go to Monitor > Articles.
2. Find the article you want to tag.
3. Click the + icon next to the article’s existing tags.
4. In Manage Tags, select the relevant Group.
5. Under Tag Names, select the tag or tags you want to apply.
6. Click Save.

The selected tags will appear on the article.

Edit or remove tags

To change the tags applied to an article:

1. Open Manage Tags by clicking the + icon next to the article’s tags.
2. Select or deselect the tags you want to add or remove.
3. Click Save to apply your changes.

Removing a tag from an article does not delete the tag itself. It only removes that tag from the selected article.

Manage tags using keyboard shortcuts

Once enabled, to manage tags press:

• T - to open the tag modal
• C - to apply the tag 'Checked'
• D - to apply the tag 'Irrelevant'
• S - to apply the tag 'Sent'
