How to schedule a report?

Effortlessly schedule dashboard reports ensuring timely insights delivered to your team's inbox.

Users can now schedule dashboard reports to be sent by email at designated times. Reports will link to a public dashboard or include a PowerPoint attachment so anyone with the link can access it without needing a CARMA login.

To schedule a report, click on the Actions icon at the top right of the dashboard, select Schedule Report, then click Create Schedule Report.

From here you can customize the report:

 

Name: The name of your report internally.

Subject: This will appear on the subject of the report email.

Mailing list: Select your mailing list. Alternatively, leave the mailing list section blank and insert emails manually in the emails section below.

Emails: Insert the recipients you want to receive the report. 

Delivery Times: Select the time and frequency you wish for your report to be sent.

Logo: Add your logo or keep it as the CARMA default.

Report Text: This will appear in the body of the email alongside the report.

Attach PowerPoint: Included the report as a PowerPoint attachment.

 

Once you are happy with your report settings go ahead a click Save & Close.

Congratulations! Your report is now set up.


How to edit or delete a scheduled report?

To edit or delete a scheduled report, click on the Actions icon at the top right of the dashboard, select Schedule Report, then click View Schedule Report.

From here you can edit, delete, or archive a report.
